In addition to that, there are some other terms and conditions which a user must agree with before using the MATRIMONIAL PLATFORM of this website. Read them as follows –
We (that includes I and my team) indemnify ourselves from any liabilities or loss caused to any of our user who registers himself / herself in – THE GOOD CROSS - MATRIMONIAL PLATFORM. The sole purpose of this platform is to provide an opportunity to the born-again Christians, who learn the scriptures (bible) on our “hindibiblestudy.com” website and our YouTube channel (Joseph Paul) – to find a suitable partner for marriage.
The user who registers himself for the MATRIMONIAL PLATFORM by paying the annual fee, can post his / her matrimonial post on the platform. However, he / she will have to abide by the rules laid out.
RULES
a. The registered member can only post his / her matrimonial, and not for somebody else like friend, sister, brother, son, daughter etc. – In case any member breaches this term, his / her matrimonial post shall be removed / blocked for further posts without any notice. In such situation the fee shall not be refunded.
b. A registered member can post only one matrimonial proposal. However, he / she can edit it, or remove it and post another, but only one is permitted.
c. Your matrimonial post will be visible only till the time your video package or your matrimony package is not expired. The expiry of either of these will hide your matrimonial post. In that case you will need to re-charge your expired package, be it video package or matrimony package, in order to restore the visibility of your matrimonial post on our website.
d. You will have to give your contact details in some form such as mobile number, email etc., in order to receive any response to your matrimonial proposal – as there is no provided to reply to any posted proposal.
e. ‘hindibiblestudy.com’ website doesn’t take any responsibility with regards to the person you contact, communicate, or marry through our MATRIMONIAL PLATFORM. This is solely between registered users who use our platform. We will not suggest, advice, counsel, or recommend anyone to anyone regarding this matter. If you get married to the wrong partner, you will have to sort it out yourself. You must not contact us regarding this matter under any circumstance, as we will not entertain.
f. You must keep good conduct while posting your proposal by using formal and ethical words. You must not provide any false or misleading information in your proposal.
e. You must not inform us / keep us in loop regarding your progress either by email or WhatsApp.
g. We hold no responsibility / accountability towards any registered user sharing somebody’s details with someone else. You must not contact us regarding this issue.

We (that includes I and my team) indemnify ourselves from any liabilities or loss caused to any of our user who registers himself / herself in – THE GOOD CROSS - COMMUNITY. The sole purpose of this section is to provide an opportunity to the born-again Christians, who learn the scriptures (bible) on our “hindibiblestudy.com” website and our YouTube channel (Joseph Paul) – to be a part of the Christian community that we are trying to raise based on the bible doctrines we teach.
However, there are some rules to be agreed upon before you register yourself for - THE GOOD CROSS – COMMUNITY -
RULES
a. You must not misuse the community section of this website to suit your purpose in any manner.
b. The information you provide must be true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. No false or misleading information shall be provided by the user in this section.
c. The purpose of the community section is to build true biblical Christian communities in their respective local areas, as well as one united body nationally.

We (that includes I and my team) indemnify ourselves from any liabilities or loss caused to any of our user who registers himself / herself in – THE GOOD CROSS – TAELNT HUB. The sole purpose of this section is to provide an opportunity to the born-again Christians, who learn the scriptures (bible) on our “hindibiblestudy.com” website and our YouTube channel (Joseph Paul) – to use their God given skills and talents in service to our Lord Jesus Christ.
However, there are some rules to be agreed upon before you register yourself for - THE GOOD CROSS – TALENT HUB -

e. You must agree that in case of any dispute or unruly behaviour from your side as we determine while working in any of our projects, we reserve the right to discontinue / terminate your services at any stage without prior notice.
